A would-be Miss Belgium has plunged Chelsea goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois into an embarrassing kiss-and-tell scandal.
Emily Vanhoutte, a 20-year-old model from the keeper's native Belgium, said she began an affair with the Belgium international just before he travelled to last summer’s World Cup in Brazil.
This was despite 22-year-old Courtois being with his long-term girlfriend, Spanish beauty Marta domingues, 25.
